No assistance with my claim

On the 10th of Jan I fell victim to credit card. Trying to find the number for the division on the internet is a mission, it's non existing. Went to the Lambton Branch the next day for surely there's paper work which the guy said no there isn't. Just to phone the division and to find out that an affidavit form will have to be compiled. I have phoned the division consistently for the last 3 weeks wanting assistance in settling the claim and getting my money back. On the 22nd I only received the affidavit form. I phone again on the 28th wanting to know the progress. Was told it will be given to the supervisor and settled within 24hrs if not I can speak to the supervisor. I phoned again 2 days later on the 30th wanting to speak to the supervisor (Razaaq) is his name but he's not available and will phone me back. I'm still waiting for someone to phone me back. I've lodged an online complaint on their website yesterday and still no one has contacted me today. Loosing R30000 from your card is stressful. Standard Bank has no compassion or offer no assistance. I'm tired of phoning my airtime out for a company that lacks integrity. I'm changing banks!
