Bank charges are Ridiculous!!!

Just logged onto internet banking now and see that I am -R1199, go into transaction history and see that the charges are R138 for magtape unpaid, I have cancelled these debit order for the amount of R39 and R19 they are small amounts but the returned fees are R138, FNB becoming like ABSA!!!
I have again contacted this company to find out from their side what the problem is however these charges are so high, which is causing major concerns on the account??? I cannot afford to still have FNB steel money as well!
