I just need to say, I have always been happy with FNB, they rarely have something where I need to log a call or support ticket, and even if it takes a week or so, every single time they have come through and resolved the issue at my convenience.

The latest was, where my fnb internet account was connected to my credit card instead of my cheque account, and they followed up for me to get the payments resolved. The next problem was the manual debit orders caused R40 service fee each, there was 2. This one I complained about via email to FNB-Connect, and today I noticed they have reverse those fees. Sure they should not have been there in the first place, but they still reversed it.

In the end, I am still a very happy client of FNB!
