Clearing of EFT payment i made to the custome

I have made the EFT payment to Reef Tune Up & Panelbeaters on the 29th January 2014 from the FNB online banking, I needed to collect my car from the their shop but they can not offer me the car due to the bank can only clear the money on the 3rd of february. My bank confirmed that the money has went through and the money is in their account but Nedbank advised them to wait until they cleared the money.

It takes 48 hrs for the eft to the different bank to be processed and Nedbank is taking longer, Now i have to wait for the 3rd to collect my vehicle, no wonder why nedbank is the worst of the 4 major banks in South Africa
