Care 4 U products not what they say - ADT Alarm

I took out Life Insurance with Old Mutual, i received a Care 4U brochure. In The brochure it states that you get 50% discount on ADT alarm system. I therefor contacted ADT, got everything fitted, only paid ADT 50% so that i can sort out the balance with Old Mutual. I have up to today still not paid ADT the other 50%. Upon contacting Old Mutual, they advised me that you can only get 50% if you phone Old Mutual first, and they organize the fitment, and the discount is applicable on new installations. THIS IS A NEW INSTALLATION, No where in the brochure it said anything otherwise about this product. Obviously nobody doesn't want to help me after numerous emails, or someone is upset cause they didn't get the kickback? I don't know. I feel like taking the system out. I once had a response to tell me i can get 2k back. But up til now, no one has contacted me, and someone is trying to let this hole thing go without helping me. Why would someone advertise something, without a hole list of must do's with it. They get the life insurance, sell you something on top of, and then there is no help regarding it. I am very upset with the "false sense of advertising" and would like some feedback.
