Illegally deductions without permission

Fnb is taking ilegal funds from my account. I had a credit card which was handed over to Barrets and Associates, i made payment arragements before but the funds was not allways taken from my account. Today without notifying me R2930 was taken from my account. I called Barrets they say it was not them as it was Fnb. I called Fnb legal dept and call gets dropped. You guys are stealling food out of my child mouth. Fnb is the worst bank and i will close my account asap with fn
