I had a credit card which was with drawn in 2009 and handed over to UNILAW. I have been paying UNILAW over the past 4 years regularly. All of a sudden today R5, 000 is deducted from my cheque account without my permission. I went to the branch in Sea Point and the consultant there has been trying for over an hour to get through to FNB CREDIT CARD LEGAL at 011 352 5369 and nobody picks up the phone. This is absolutely shocking service from FNB and they need to get their act together else I will close my account and go to one of the better bank.
