Illegal and NON authorised removal of funds

Today to my shock, I found that FNB housing finance had removed R2900 from my SAVINGS POCKET!!!
FNB how dare you, isnt a savings pocket exactly that? I didnt authorise you to forcibly remove money. Its NOT even the account which my fnb housing finance is debited!! So in other words, funds in one's savings pocket is not safe from the bank
I am not impressed and been trying to call this fabian person with no success. I will be closing both my accounts with FNB as soon as this mess is sorted. FNB please put the money back that was illegally removed. I will also be reporting this to the banking ombudsman
