Who gives you the right

Earlier today I got an incontact message that you have taken close to R2000 from my FNB savings pocket. Who exactly gave you the authority to do that? Yes, I know that I am behind on my account, but I have been trying to make a payment arrangement, but your call centre isnt available.

Firstly, I didnt sign a neado tracking, so why are you looking into my accounts, secondly, today is the 24th, not near my agreed payment date. The money in my savings pocket has been set aside for other purposes.

I want my money back and I'll pay you whatever amount we agree upon.
