First For Women Insurance
Is this fair / very disappointed

I was involved in an accident on the 24/01/2013 and first for women were dissapointing from word go. I had to firstly follow up with the 3rd party's broker myself as I was not at fault from the beginning of this incident and informed my insurance but yet the service was sad. I then had my car taken to Potchefstroom and the accident occured in Roodepoort so I had to make provision to collect it because my insurance told me they would arrange for me to get a a hired car but the costs I will be liable for which to begin with I did not inform them to take my car out of the region. I then later had to pay an access of R4550.00 together with an extra cost to Potchefstroom, I then sent 4 or more emails 22/04/2013 out to recoveries together with the photographs that I have proof that I was not at fault with regards to the accident and to follow up with with the Legal Dept. if they managed to recover the access and up to date I have not heard anything. I thought thats why I have insurance?
