An incident occurred where my vehicle was damaged by another party.
The claim was processed by the parties broker and along with the required documents have been forwarded to the insurance company Zurich.

The accident occurred in December 2013, the details was sent to the broker/insurer in January 2014.
I have received an email with the details of the claim, confirming a Claim Technician has been appointed.

However, when I phone, THAT technician cannot assist me and I must be transferred 3 times to get to the 3rd Party switchboard where another operator informs me that the case has not even been assigned to a technician. And they are unable to inform me how much longer it will take before someone will look into the claim. "They will keep you up-to-date once a tech has been assigned" and that the "The pool for claims are big" is all that Pule kept repeating.

This is not acceptable, why send me an email informing me that someone has been assigned, yet apparently absolutely nothing has been done! Or even simpler, how about a courtesy call or e-mail or some form of contact to keep me updated to the fact that you cannot complete your daily workload. Just an update at least.
