6am calls

I have been getting 6am calls from DMC the last one was today at 06:40. This is unacceptable and my debt was written off by Standard bank, why is it that this people are still hounding me for payment?
Yesterday and today the person that called just held the phone without speaking and i could hear someone is breathing on the other side. This is harrasment and I am going to lay charges with the police if this does not stop.
