Zurich Insurance - Useless!

On the 10 May 2013 at about 14:30 a driver hit my car while reversing out of his driveway. Since then I have battled to get feedback or even an update on the status of his claim. I've had quotes done and sent through heaps of documentation and never get any feedback.

I've had to phone numerous times and even then no one can tell me what's going on. It's now almost September 2013 and still noting, emails are being ignored by them too now.

These are the people I have been dealing with:
- Wanda Young [Email Removed]
- Elisa Crisswell [Email Removed]
- Pule Molubi (Third Party Division) [Email Removed]
- ZAE Claims Maintenance [Email Removed]

They also say this at the bottom of their email:
"Kindly note that the technician has a 7 days turnaround time to work on any new matter"
