I went earlier this year to get my Licence disk reprinted as I have missed placed it from the licencing Dept. whee I have been advised that my motorcycle has been deregistered but they can't give me any info as the bike is still on finance and only Standard Bank can request this info, not a problem, well phoned SB directly after that and was passed around untill I got some one that listened to my story. needless to say this person (could not catch the name) advised they will sort this out and will advise me the next day what was going on.that did not happen, 2 days later I had to phone again just to explain my story again and were advised they will follow this up. a week later I had to phone again and was put through to a supervisor who was most interesting in my story and advised that this is the 3rd case they had tht month, he will pull thereport and get back to me, well till today no feedback from him.it now cost me to arrange transport to get to work and back as I can not ride the bike that is not on the road (nice citizen I am), well the last 3 days I have been shuffed from one person to another and no one can give me details on the progress if anything was done, I NEED INFO
