Money loaned by a family member who is retired to assist the trust in purchasing a property, which they were short of funds until the first property was sold, a resolution was signed by all trustees of the then BOE trust which was valid for one year. When the said family member requested her loan back of R1 m a tug of war began. mR Garth. WIlliamson notified the 3 beneficiaries being the donee trustees children, who then also asked for information regarding there inheritance of the said trust money. If the family member who is requesting her money back then they want there share aswell which has now caused a huge legal battle for fours years now with no hope of her getting her pension money back. She now has been living under the roof of friends and family members to survive. I don't know how Garth Williamson can sleep at night knowing that he has money from a 72yr old lady. And still refuses to have anything to do with her. Is that what he was hired to do or is that just the kind of person Nedbank like there clients to deal with... despicable human beings.
