IIam banking since 1994 with Nedbank. Never had any problems since now. October 2013 they phone me to and to change my acc from savings to cheque. I did and they told me my debit orders will be change to new acc. Well after 7 faxes and 6 emails and I don, t even know how many calls I still struggle. Their hassle free debit order changing was more bad hassle for me than ever experience in my life. I have to keep both acc open paying dubble bank fees because they can or will not change my debit orders. I have a lot of query numbers it is a joke. I am tired of struggeling so I will close my 4 accounts and go to Fnb. Hassle free please it is a joke.
