Accident 3 weeks ago no insurance to pay for damag

I had an accident on 3rd January. i sent my 1st report to you 10 January. i'd had a good response. since then i've had calls again to say what happened, but nothing is happening so that I can repair my car. i thought by now I would have had my car repaired.
