I would just like to let you know that I am absolutely disgusted with the speed of cancelling my building insurance. I submitted my 1st email to the vetting department in mid Nov 2013, with the information I was instructed to supply. Every step of the process took ages, and only action was taken when I called Vetting to get a move on! Nothing would have happened if I had just sat back and expected the process to be completed. I had to rant and rave every step of the way!!!
Eventually I had my insurance with ABSA stopped in mid Jan.
Your service levels are shocking. I will tell everyone I know, NEVER to use ABSA insurance!!!
