Geyser claim - no response on resultant damages

I submitted a claim on 2 October 2013. and the geyser itself was fixed and the assessor came to assess the resultant damages. he submitted his report early October. To date only one third of the work was done. I am now giving up hope after my phone bill - answered very few times at ABSA no stands well over a R1000. Please can someone tell me how I resolve this issue!!!
