I am seriously speechless at the lack of professionalism and quality of service from ABSA insurance.
I have been on hold for the last 20mins and there is no answer, let alone the fact that no one has attended to my claim!!!
The other complaint is that our home owners insurance premium has increased by more than R1000 for the last year and no one has bothered to inform us with a renewed policy schedule.
I will not recommend absa insurance to anyone - ever!

I will be looking at alternatives asap, this has been the worst and most expensive experience!!!
