ABSA Insurance incompetent to provide service

I logged a claim at ABSA Insurance on the 20th of January 2014. I have been phoning them everyday to get assistance, nobody at the client contact center is available - as yet i have not been contacted by them to assist with my claim. Today is the 29th of January 2014.
