ABSA insurance claim service is pathetic

The assessor was at our home on the 16th of January for assessment - he said his report would be in by the next day (the 17th) and we would have feedback from ABSA on the 20th or latest 21st January... well today is the 27th ALREADY - and we still have NO feedback! PATHETIC!!!

I contacted the lady on email on the 24th, to complain, and she forwarded my email to a lady Anjina Parekh. I still have no feedback from her as well...

ABSA is so quick to take one's money, but when it comes to paying out... well say no more...
