I have logged a Claim on Jan 14 2014 12:51 and the next day I got an sms thay appointed an contractor from Polokwane to assist me Best part I Stay in Gauteng. Okay I phone the back the fix it and appoint me an Gauteng contractor the person visits me on Friday 17th January 2013 and he informs me my claim is valid and need to be fixed according to him he sent threw a quote and report to absa insurance
Monday I phone to confirm the progress of the claim, no one can help me Tuesday I phone no one can help me Wednesday I phone no one can help me Thursday no one can help today no can help me

What are you guys doing there you are useless and our money

Be careful of Absa Insure they are all promises but no action
