Do Not take out an RCS card!

I was unfortunate to take out an RCS card last year in Cape Union Mart. At no point was it explained to me that I would have to pay an insurance fee, a monthly fee AND that interest would be calculated DAILY. The contract was never given to me as per consumer protection act policy. I informed them at Cape Union I would pay my installments via eft and they agreed that on this grounds no interest would be charged. However, they debited my account without authorization.

RCS will simply respond to this query saying thank you, it has been escalated etc. DO NOT GET A CARD WITH THEM.
