I sent an email almost a month ago detailing my experiences at Cape Union Mart to Gavin Forbes. I was sent on a wild goose chase, by a one Cape Union Mart to another and was not contacted at promised time. I did request that Gavin contact me on the number I had given, but alas I have yet to receive any contact from him. As a new customer to Cape Union Mart, I would have thought I would be treated just a little better. It is unfortunate that my detailed message to Gavin is too long to put up here. I would appreciate contact from Cape Union Mart.
