Cape Union Mart
Why bother if you do nothing at all?

I recently wrote a report about Cape Union Mart. On the second attempt a certain 'Estelle' on behalf of Cape Union Mart replied and informed me that the operations manager will get back to me regarding my issue. This was on 21/11/2013. To date... NOTHING!!
As they put one over on me this was to be expected... but then why bother to reply if you ain't gonna do anything about it?
