Not refunding debit order and cut off from phone

Unable to contact anyone regarding a refund. Have to phone multiple times just to be cut off when I get thru. When I do get thru I am put on hold to be transferred somewhere else which never happens because I'm cut off again.
Very frustrating as staff do not seem knowledgeable - a feeling of not wanting to help persists.

Emailing doesn't help either. I only received one email which basically tells me to phone the share call number. No replies from this email account either.
