I went into the FNB at Melrose Arch, I wanted to find out some stuff about my cheque account and speak to a financial planner about investments. I started speaking to a sales agent first about my cheque account query, his name was Jordan Van Aarde, a really nice sales person and knowledgeable about all the products on offer, I'd honestly recommend him to anyone wanting to open an account. Then time to speak to a financial planner and Jordan informed me that he only comes in if he has an appointment so he is not in the branch but he will email him and cc me in the mail to make contact. The financial planner Konstantinos Karasavvidis (Kosta) has still not even bothered to make contact almost a week later no call or email. Definitely not someone I would like to do my investing with. Wonder why Steve in the adverts doesn't advertise this - "we have awesome sales staff to sell you any of our products but after that you probably going to get the same service you would get elsewhere! "
