I called in Decemeber to make payment to the account as I was called by a tracer. I called in to the legal department and spoke to a lady and was advised of the full amount to pay which i did today a month later I am told to pay R413.00 for the tracer which they allocated because the account was a few days in Arrears. I made payment and now they tell me that they dont see any other comments made by anyone else and i should make the payment or my credit record will get damaged. The lady does not seem to understand that i called in why was i not told of the amount i need to pay then I dont think this is fair to me as a customer. I ask for a manager and i am told they are in a meeting and i cannot speak to her now.so tell me why should i pay if i was told i dont have any other fees to pay by your employees and what are you guys going to do to sort this out I have never dealt with such pathetic service in my life I want to let you know that this is the worst bank and I am going to tell all my family and friends to go elsewhere and i may even go to the news paper if i dont get this sort out its not my fault your calls are not recorded.
