I phoned Outsurance to see if they could do a review on my profile with a view to possibly reducing my premiums payable. The call centre agent immediately called in a Senior Advisor who ably assisted me with a thorough review of all my policies and gave me the good news that not only could he reduce my total monthly premiums by almost R200, I should phone again in April for a further review. Then he went on to give me the best news of all - that I am due to receive my no claims bonus at the end of March!! I am MAKING money by being insured with Outsurance!
