WHY PAY LEGALWISE IF THEY DONT HELP

On the 28th August 2013 I called Legalwise needing help legal advice the lady at the reception said I must call tomorrow there is no one to help me. (not accepted)
This morning I called the lady transfered me to a guy who said his name is Khuluso he tried to transfere me back to the reception and I must ask for "walk inns" the lady said she does not know whats that I ask her to put me through to the same guy she put me on hold for 23min I called again she did'nt answer the phone I kept on trying untill she answers she put me on hold for 7min and she just said there is no answer from the legal advicers but why should I keep on paying because I cant get helped why do u advertise thing you dont do? A'm I paying to be made a fooooool
