A personal loan account taken with my name

The beginning of the year 2012 i recieved the letter from the company called FINCHOICE, stating that i took personal loan account of R8000 from them, i phoned them immediately to find out, and they confirmed that yes i did take october2011told them that is a account because i never applied for any loan @ their company and they advised me to fax them an affidavitt with 3 signatures as well as the id copy then they promised to make an investigation and they will also forward the matter to their department for more follow up, but they failed to do so as they handed over the account to andrie van der walt attorneys fo collection and as we speak they started to garnish me the amount of R600 and this is the second month ive been garnished, i find it so much unfair to pay the money that i dont know, the whole amount now has accumulated to R16000 and i am expected to pay it and i really cant cause i dont know it, please help me im paying for somebodys debt, thank you
