Have'nt been refunded

I was over charged by atlas by the amount of R11000 in 2012 up to now i havent been refunded i WANT my money i even went to ombudsman but this has been dragging for so long so my message is simple i've learned the hard way NO MORE TAKING A LOAN AT ATLAS FINANCE I WONT REST TILL I GET MY R11 000
