Threatening sms's

I make payment every month and on time, however, today I received an sms from Nedbank saying the following: The Sheriff is on his way to your office to meet with your HR Division to arrange a payment plan regarding your Home Loan Account.

When I phoned the toll free no. the lady checked my account and said that their system hasn't updated yet. Why send threatening sms's if your system hasn't updated from over a month ago?

I'm now forced to email my proof of payments every month to avoid receiving these threatening sms's.
