Nedbank threatening

I guess the staff at nedbank are dumb. They keep sending me threatening smses stating that they are going to issue a summons to my work for non payment of account. They have resorted to scare tactics after I have contacted them on numerous occassions telling them I am unemployed and will make a payment as and when I can. They want me to commit to an amount but would love to know how as I don't earn a salary. I have never denied owing them money but jeez really??? Where am I supposed to get the funds from. Doesn't matter who I talk to at nedbank they always seem to not have record of my previous conversations
