Threatening sms to freeze my account

I keep on getting sms from fnb stating that they will freeze/block my account if i do not bring in proof of residence as well as my ID. I recently updated all my details and provided all necessary documents including the ones they are asking for.

When i got the 1st sms i phoned the call center and the consultant said that everything is updated on their side i don't need to take my documents in, it has been a while since the 1st sms but i keep getting sms more and more regularly and every time i phone the call center i hear the same story, that my documents are up to date.

I do not have time to go to the bank to provide documents that they already have and that the system shows is updated. I want this to be fixed on the system properly and I don't want another threatening sms.
