ABSA just a ripoff bank

I submitted a funeral claim on policy number 13472 at ABSA Rustenburg branch on the 31st January 2013.
On the 5th of February 2013 an ABSA consultant phoned me and informed me that they did not receive certified bank copies, as a result they cannot process my claim. I explained to them that i handed the original documents to the branch but they still refused to help me. I went to Rustenburg branch again on the 5th of February 2013, i had to use my own cellphone at the branch to phone the johannesburg office which deals with claims. Vanessa was the lady assisting me at the bank to capture the claim. she informed me that she forwarded all the bank certified copies to headoffice for processing four times. As it is, i am supposed to bury my late mother on Saturday the 9th but ABSA have not yet processed my claims. I have been a member since 2001 yet they show no compassion . all they are interested in is our money but they cannnot assist in time of need. I do not encourage anyone to go through the ordeal that i am going through. Choose other schemes as ABSA does not care at all about us. It is such a painful ordeal to go through. ABSA is a ripoff. I want what is due to me
