Unfair amounts

To whom it may concern

First and foremost I would like express how I feel about companies that steel or add extra cost as they can see the flippen people can't afford the payments.

I woulk like a detail explaination as to why my arrears is R 7 713 as it was last month R2000.

I promise you if I don't get an explanation I will returned that money and go under debt review again and ask and external company to look into my debt.

Really now you can see I am struggling to make the monthly payment but you guys still add cost.

Give me a break!!!

I want a detail/explanation reconcalation and not system requested.

PLEASE DON'T CALL ME... AS I REQUESTED A WRITTEN EXPLANATION!!!
