I am getting calls from Standard Bank for the last 4 months looking for a Cornelia van Eck, everytime I tell them it is the wrong number and they must please fix it on their system. Up untill today I can't get this sorted. I am getting sms messages on a daily basis and 2 phone calls per day from various (011) phone numbers, it is getting worse now than before. I am insisting to speak to a manager but they are so rude and let me hold on for 10 min and then dropping the phone. Some of the agents are even swearing at me. I even called head office to get them to take my number of their database but with no luck, everytime another excuse. I was promised today when I called customer complaints my number was deleted but 3 hours later yet another call from them. What can I do to get Standard Bank to stop harrasings me as it is getting redicilous now. My wife is a Standard Bank customer and we have already switched her to another bank.
