Outsurance not trusting its customers as well

I am a pensioner with a average increase in pension of 2% annually. I believe these guys knows that and yet they give me a rise of in the 20 s near to 30% .
Other than that when I lodged a claim for a sideshaft that fell out during transit, they sent out the FIAS or SIAS whatever you want to call them to investigate the legitamacy of the claim. These guys invade your privacy and record everything as to prove to Outsurance they handled you in a decent manner which i regard as total.
I have sent them 2 mails requesting them to contact me with regard to the increase yet no response till date.
My personal opinion is to cancel insurance with them and see if there is someone more trustworthy to work with and who does not you out of the few cents you recieve as a pensioner.
I feel that their behavior is totally not inline with their advertisement on Tv. Maybe the opposite yes.
First you lose your outbonus then the massive huke in tariff. Be warned people this is their new way of doing business. In the beginning their service was superb but nowadays its about how much we can pocket from the pensioners and the poo
