Pensioner to poor to afford 69% increase

I wrote to Outsurance 23rd May attaching the latest Rates and Taxes valuation. No response to my original nor an acknowledgement to my follow-ups of this enquiry. I had hail damage for which I claimed last year and my claim was honoured. I have received this year's renewal notification for homeowneres insurance. A whopping 69% increase. My 100 sq.mt 2 bedroom, l bathroom, no garage, no pool house has been valued at R695, 000.00 by local municipality which is is line for the area in which the house is situated. Outsurance has
put a value of R925.561.72 which to my way of thinking is extremely over insured. The excessive 69% increase in premiums has become out of reach for me and it looks like this is Outsurances way of giving me the boot.
