Subscribed to a Bond Policy without my permission

Last year October I was contacted by Tumelo from ABSA, selling a policy for my new bond. Communicated 3 times & the last conversation was that he'll get back to me regarding whether I'm taking it or not & promised that if I take it, he'll send me documents to sign as proof of acceptance-which never happened. I then decided to take same policy with Nedlife due to great service. I was surprised when I called end of December to hear that I'm subscribed with ABSA.On the 7th of Jan, I spoke to the manager: Floyd Mamekoa, who promised to sort out my query within 2 days & get back to me, which never happened. I called him 3 days later & he promised that by end of the week my query will be sorted & the ghost policy will be cancelled & he'll definitely call me with feedback-never happened again. Last week I tried to get hold of him the whole week without success. To my surprise, I was debited on Saturday (25Jan) for same policy. He never kept his promises, now I'm paying double for same policy. I WANT THIS RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS & NEED MY MONEY BACK.As for the false promises & that Floyd told me, I need to be compensated!!!
