False advertising by employee to get clients

I hope you can help me please. I'm an outsurance client for 3 years now without any hiccups. The service I had with your company was excellent up until now.

In Mei of this year I had a claim. The claim were finalised with the utmost professionalism and I understood and was okay with the fact that I lost my outbonus, which would have paid out now in October. Then out of the blue I get a call from a Tracey lady stating that if I give her referrals and somebody joins I would still get my outbonus, as Outsurance does not want me to lose my outbonus because I've been such a good client for the period. I specifically asked her if she is sure of this, with her reply that I would definitely still receive my R3 000 outbonus.

She phoned my mom, Marietjie Viljoen and the other referrals I gave her. My mom joined ONLY because of the fact that Tracey also CONFIRMED with her that if she joins I would not lose my outbonus and receive it in October. When I contacted outsurance in October to hear when I'll now receive my outbonus I were informed by a Roxanne lady that it is not the Outsurance procedure to do it like that, but to rather add R500
