TWO MONTHS and still being stuffed around!!!

After being struck by lightening, I reported a claim with ABSA insurance. After 7 weeks of wasting money and time on phone calls and emails to call centre agents, assessors and contractors, I finally got people around to get the work done. Before "Midnight Spark Trading" started the work, I told ABSA that I would prefer to get my own people in to do the work as I had already been messed around by the contractor-(I had organised my own quotes which were roughly the same costings as ABSAs preferred contractor). They assured me that I was in good hands nonetheless. This "company" does not have permanent staff, they merely send rubbish subcontractors around (3 different teams and counting), who have made an absolute dogshow of the work carried out. I am so SICK of being messed around now. After being with ABSA for 20 years, one would think that they would offer better support and treat their clients a bit better???
