I have instructed Mercedes Benz Financial Services via e-mail on 21 January 2014 to cancel a policy underwritten by Regent and to acknowledge that it has been done. Despite daily reminders, just to get them to acknowledge receipt of this instruction they have NOT responded at all. Because Mercedes Benz Financial Services DOES NOT respond to correspondence or to complaints on Hello Peter I have no option but to lodge this complaint the name of Regent Insurance, who does respond to Hello Peter complaints. Can somebody in Regent please wake up MBFS.
