Dial Direct Insurance
Cannot reinstate account

I had insurance with dial direct for my household contents for the past year. In December I moved to a different location without burglar guards so the downgraded my account. I was told that when I install burglar guards they will upgrade it again. I have done so but when I call no one seems to be able to assist. So now I am stuck with no cover.
