I'm highly disappointed with the quality of service my mom is receiving from Affinity insurance, her vehicle was badly damaged by the hail storm and she contacted Affinity insurance who then advised that vehicle should be taken for assessment on the 6th december 2013, ever since then they haven't called back, though we understand that it was during festive season and most businesses are closed but my mom is running out of patience. i find it strange that they are still happily deducting their premiums whereas they are failing to call her and give her report on her case, they promise to call her with no joy and now my sister and i have to call them and send them emails but no one comes back to us, after this matter is resolved (i don't know which year/month) but i am going to make sure that my mom cancels this useless insurance.please assist "Hello Peter"
