Waiting for car rental - leaving us stranded

Business division assistance is appalling to say the least. If you dont hold for donkey hours to speak to someone you will hold for 10 min minimum to speak to the relevant person. We are still waiting for the car rental after making arrangements yesterday morning. This morning I spoke to Katlego and Sam who confirmed that we would get the car today only to find out that my husband Dr Makhubele is still stuck in the office today and has not been able to see other patience in our other two practises when I specifically told the two consultants this morning that I will not be available to move around with him today as Im stuck in meetings the whole day. I get a call from budget at 13:20 to advise me that they will only have a car available at 5pm which again is a waste of another day for us. WHAT IS THE USE OF BUSINESS INSURANCE??? every minute means money, which we will have to compensated for. SOMEONE CALL ME BACK!!!
