IM SO APPAULED WITH SUCH BAD SERVIVE!

I received a call on Tuesday that my NEDBANK cheque account will be delivered yersteday morning (27/03/2013) between 10am and 12pm. I also received 2 msgs advising me that the card will definately be delivered yersteday morning. But nothing happened, i called throughout the day and spoke to different consultants but i was not assisted, the last person i spoke to yersteday afternoon was Kgomotso, kept me on hold for 10minutes and when she came back, still the matter was not resolved. I want my card today as im suppose to be travelling to KZN, i need to activate it today and my salary is going in today. I want someone to call me urgently and deliver my card today. This is appauling!!!
