I know Discovery Insure has great & dedicated employees but I always thought about what would happen if I had a claim of my own.

Urika handled the claim professionally & kept me in the loop at all times with her constant emails. she did a great job. My phone was collected by Smartlab (great supplier) and report has already been received & claim has been finalised already.
